Chief Executive Officer

Pamela Zormelo (Mrs) is an accomplished business and corporate leader with over 24 years of diverse experience in business leadership, business development, finance, strategy, operational efficiency, policy formulation, people development, and performance management. Pamela has demonstrated experience working across various industries including Financial Services. Agriculture, Health, Power/Energy, Mining, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Construction.

She is the CEO of Babylove Sanitary Products and Packaging Limited, the Group Managing Director of the Omni Group of Companies and an executive member of the Board. She has made an enormous impact as a determined leader of the Omni Group of Companies by leading the development and implementation of the 3-year Strategic plan for the Group that ensured impressive business growth and lowered the cost-income ratio of the various entities under the Group.

Her passion for community service and support for the underprivileged is far-reaching and unique. She is the Founder of PZ Foundation, established to provide the financial and necessary support for selected deprived individuals, investing in education for needy but brilliant students and providing support (cash donations, food supplies etc.) for Charitable Organizations.

Ibrahim Fuseini is a professional marketing practitioner with over 15 years of extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Sales Management, Brand Development and Management, Digital Marketing, and Customer Experience, spanning practical experience in Oil and Gas Marketing, Agri-business, Banking and Financial Marketing, Medical Consumables and Diagnostics, Luxury Real Estate, Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG), Consultancy and Education.

He is a Chartered Marketer and Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana, an MBA in Total Quality Management from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, a Chartered Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK) and a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, from Institute of Commercial Management -UK.

Paul Pypers Yaw Donkor

Head - Health, Safety and Environment

Paul is a dynamic and results-oriented Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional with over 13 years of progressive experience in occupational health and safety and environmental management across diverse industries. Adept at developing, implementing, and managing HSE systems that drive compliance, reduce risk, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.

He began his career in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the production of PET containers, jars, and bottles, where he gained foundational expertise in industrial safety practices, hazard control, and quality assurance. Over the years, Paul expanded his professional footprint into more complex and high-risk sectors, including construction, mining, and the supply of production and drilling chemicals for the oil and gas industry.

He has provided HSE leadership in chemical warehousing, bulk transport coordination, and field operations where environmental risks and regulatory compliance are high.

Also, he brings comprehensive understanding of industry-specific HSE regulations and best practices, supported by hands-on experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, compliance audits, and the development of training programs that align with international standards.

Paul holds a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), which complement his technical skills with a strong academic grounding in environmental systems and sustainability strategies.

Mawutor Kpikpitse

Head - Commercial

Mawutor has over 13 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Client Relations across diverse industries, including Oil and Gas, Power, Agriculture, Mining, Defense, Health and FMCG.

Rising through the ranks from Client Relations to her current role, she now leads the Commercial Department, managing critical functions and oversight responsibility for commercial operations across the Group’s businesses. She plays a vital role in identifying and developing business opportunities, as well as profitable management of projects and contracts.

Known for her attention to detail and results-oriented approach, she brings a wealth of experience and solid leadership to her role.

She is a graduate of MSc Procurement and Supply Chain management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts Humanities (Information Studies & Political Science), from the University of Ghana.

Mrs. Doreen Ankumah

Head - Human Resource & Admin

She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Administrative Management. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Cape Coast and is a Chartered Human Resource Management Professional(IHRMP).

Doreen is also an affiliate member of the Human Resource Certification Center (HRCC). Having had broad industry exposure, working in banking, trade and export among other industries, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, along with a versatile skill set, to her role as the Group HR Manager.

In addition to her in-depth knowledge of the Human Resources function, Doreen has strong interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to motivate, counsel and deliver excellent Human Resource and Administrative services, in line with organisational objectives.

Francis Afrane

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Francis is a Finance professional with 15+ years of experience in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and compliance. Proven track record in optimizing financial processes and controls, currently leading financial operations at Babylove and OmniGroup Africa.

He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from the University of Texas at Austin and BSc Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana Business School.

He is currently pursuing MBA Finance from the University of Ghana Business School (Expected August 2025).
